I had terminated my Tikona broadband account(1106201031). As a final act, i had to surrender the tikona equipments installed at my home. Inspite of mailing the customer care numerous times and also calling the person, they have not come to pick up the equipment and now they are charging me Rs.1500 as penalty. I have all the mail evidences and complain reference numbers for this.

After getting the mail of 26th Feb to return the equipment, i had mailed the tikona customer care on 3rd (online complaint no: 1-339715660) and 6th march(Online complaint no: 1-3401023756) that i have called the person and he has not come to collect the equipment.

Now they are telling that i have to pay the penalty or else they will take legal actions. Please help.
