This is regarding to Make My Trip online travel agent poor service.
I have two itineraries for me and another one is for my family with different travel dates. I have decided to do date change for both bookings and travel together. I have requested for the same and paid almost 16000 additional payment after discussing for about 2 hours with their staff (Dxxxxxh). He said I will get my ticket copy after 6 hours once its paid. When I checked the e-ticket which I have received after almost 12Hrs, I found that it was completely wrong. He (Dxxxxh) did wrong booking. I made a call again and raised my complaint. Another staff named Vxxxn Gxxxxxa ensured me that the audio recordings will be verified and will be done justice. He asked me to book the right itinerary by paying additional money again which will be refunded back once the audio recordings are reviewed and found the mistake is not from my end. So I have paid again an addition of 19000 and I have requested to send me a copy of those recordings for my records. HE shown me my bookings through another website called “checkmytrip” but now that one also showing old booking only. It says very clearly they have cheated me. He shown some thing which is not there.
But till now, they have not revised by bookings and they are not responding to my complaints. I am getting message like my case will be resolved in next 72 hours where I have to travel in next 48 hours.
I have paid excess amount of 34000 but still I am not getting right services. Please take some action against them and kindly do the justice for me.
