I put a query in online for Goa tour packages and where this travel agency name – Travel bings reached me for Goa tour package. After negotiation, I agreed to pay 15600 INR for 3 days for 5 persons.

I mentioned few resorts book and they said ok for that.They said me initially to pay half amount and agreed to pay. I paid it on August 4th 2017. immediate next day Axxxt – consultant called me and he said the resort which we have asked that is not available. and i given him another resort to check the availability. He checked and said me that is available but for that we need to pay full amount. I agreed and I paid for that also. I asked him to send confirmation email for that. he agreed to send. and I booked my flights, etc.. according to that and i am waiting for confirmation.

After 2 days i received another email from their customer team that ” they should not be able to book rooms in the particular resort and they mentioned if we want refund, they initiate the process.

They said me initially the refund process will take 30-45 days. It is been 2 months I am doing follow up with customer care team and with amit. Whenever i send email to them on the update, I will get a response as we are processing. but they are not refunding my money.

10 days ago, i received an email from them – they deposited to another account mistakenly, we are working on that and we will get back to you shortly with one of executive. No one was reached me on that and they are not able to refund my money. Every day i am trying to reach their customer care and amit, they were not picking my call. if get a chance to speak to them and they are telling some stories.

Can you please help me out here in refund my money.
