Complaint against Uber driver for abusive and threatening language

I had booked the uber service for a drop from clarks exotica to Uttarahalli main road on 18th Nov 2016 at 8.40 pm. I had opted for paytm as the mode of payment, but for some network or other issue the paytm payment was not successful which I got to know when I got dropped. The driver asked for money and I told him very politely that I will check my paytm balance and if it is not deducted I will pay cash. He then raised his voice unnecessarily and started abusing me. He said in Kannada that I should be thankful to him for dropping me home safe. Does this mean that uber has given him the option of dropping the passenger safe or is free to do anything with the passenger? He repeatedly said this statement. This is not acceptable at all. He has no authority to talk like this. The next time I may have to think twice before opting for uber service or may not opt at all. The question is how safe can a women be assured of while traveling with such uber drivers. Request you to take this matter seriously and do the needful.

The drivers name is Hxxxxa and I am open to give any more information required. You may call me on the number mentioned.
