I have ordered a mobile at www.theelectronicstore.in which is Online shopping store of The Mobile store Ltd., India for a mobile i.e. Samsung Note 3 Neo for rs.22547 (fully paid through net banking) whose order ID is 9005972 on 16 oct 2014. The company claims to deliver product in 6 to 8 days but till date (22.10.2014) they haven’t dispatched product and when call on electronic store costumer care on 18602661111 they simply say that nothing is in their authority and Back end is working on it. They even provided invalid blue dart courier ABM no. 69065198893 which can be checked at bluedart website and daily they are saying due to some technical problems product is not handed over yet or even they give excuse that the product has dispatched on 17/10/14 but there is some problem on bluedart website which has been refused by bluedart. I wanted to gift this product to my mom till Diwali and it seems even it will take christmas to get product dispatched. I also lodged two complaints at customer service of website with complaint ID MSCO10049790 & MSCO10049892 which they claim to be resolved in 24 to 48 hours but didn’t got any response yet.

When I ask them for refund and order cancellation they even refuse for that with the excuse that product has dispatched from store.

I request to kindly get my money refunded and get order cancellation now at this point when order has not been dispatched yet till date.
