Complaint against Yatri 4 Travel for not providing promised services

I booked travel plan for Haridwar, Rishikesh, Moosorie, Corbett and Delhi from ‘Yatri 4 Travel’ from 13 Oct 17 to 20 Oct 17 based on their promised promotional offer for tour arrangement which promised accomodation in 3*/4* hotels including breakfast and dinner, welcome drinks, free mineral water in the hotels, one free jeep safari in Jim Corbett etc among some other facilities . I paid in full in advance as demanded by them. However, they provided only 2* hotels and none of the other facilities were provided. When I protested they promised full refund because of their inability to provide the promised services but now they are refusing refund.

Complaint against MakeMyTrip for short payment of train ticket refund – Rs.1272/-: Mr. Thiyagarajan of Kanchipuram, Tamilnadu (thiyagarajan.t(at)gmail.com) had posted a complaint with us on 28-03-2010 for non-receipt of full refund from MakeMyTrip against cancellation of train ticket. Refund from Patanjali – Rs.1018/-: Ms. Disha of Indore 452003, Madhya Pradesh did not receive refund after she cancelled her order on Patanjali mobile application. The order ID was 7678163797. Refund from DTDC – Rs.1,040/-: Mr. Vivek Sharma of Bangalore, Karnataka (vivek0217[@]gmail.com) sent a courier through DTDC , reference number D17166789, on 10th May 2014 but it was lost on its way to Delhi.
