Complaint against Yepme regarding non-delivery

I have placed Yepme order for 2 pair of shoes on 22nd Feb 2018. Till now, the status is pending for dispatch. I have raised complaint with them, but there is no response to that as well. Nobody responds if we call to their customer care number.

Refund from 1mg – Rs.2,599/- : Mr. Mohammed Ummer of Bengaluru, Karnataka had ordered Dr Gene FS10E Accusure Pulse Oximeter in 1mg app. The product got delivered on 10.07.2020, but when opened it was found that the machine inside a local product. The customer emailed complaint to 1mg customer service but did not get any remedy. He posted his complaint with ICF on 18-07-2020 and the matter was taken up with them.
