I have ordered the products at Zotezo.com on 27 Nov 2016. I received the damaged products. I have booked the return for the products on 5 Dec 2016 for two products and on 8 Dec 2016 for one more product. The site has replied once on 20 Dec 2016 but after that i m regularlly complainting but no response from there side. I received the teared and dammadged products. There consumer contact number is always busy and not getting connected during Mon to Sat. only rings on Sundays but no one receives the call. As a consumer, i have requested them so many times like on 19,20,26,28,30 dec2016 but no reply from there side. pl help me out in getting back my hard core earned money and the site should be panalized so they’ll not repeat it again. Thanx a ton
