I had ordered my asus zenfone max phone for water damage repair. The repair guy picked-up my phone and gave me a receipt and mentioned the mobile name in the receipt. I also got pre-diagnostic report from them via email. After few days I received a mail that due to unavailability of parts my phone could not be repaired. So they scheduled a delivery for returning my phone. When I opened delivery I was shocked to see different non-working phone. The phone was changed and repair people gave me an ASUS zenfone 5. I mailed them about this since customer care were not picking up the call. In mail they saked me to check whether IMEI code is matching. I replied to them that IMEI code is not matching. After that I’m not receiving any reply from them. I still have the phone with me which justlikenew company has delivered.
