I have bought new Samsung AC on 22april17 but after few days cooling problem coming so I requested for service so when service engineer checked he informed me there is some gas leakage issue in AC and on 15sept17 with request no 4245270440 I requested for gas refilling and at that time person informed me there is some fitting problem in AC and according to him he corrected the ac but again after one week again cooling problem start coming and on 8/10/17 again I complaint about this with request no 4246809979 again gas leakage problem is reported by that technician now he have given me different reason he told me that your home is near sewer so that will come and we will not take any responsibility for that and very bad response given by the customer care executive for this they are saying if you have that issue you can buy other ac we will not replace it
My concern is why this leakage problem come so frequent and as far the sewer problem concern this will not cause leakage in 3 month of new AC they are not helping me.

They are saying Samsung can never make defective product.
