I have purchase I-phone 5S 16GB Space Grey from Snap Deal Online Sopping against order 9739289418 Dated 02.11.2016 & they have confirmed me that your cash back will be processes by 06.01.2016 as target date. But it was not processes moreover when I have started follow up for the same they didn’t replied to my query on time & finally on 05.02.2016 they are saying that you have done purchasing from Snap Deal using web not by Snap Deal App, hereafter you are not eligible.
Further this information is coming to me after three months & i was struggling from last two months for cash back status.
Moreover If i was faulty in making payment than some trigger must have pinged on window that customer is not availing HDFC offer since he is not using the Snap Deal App & moreover If cash back could not be processed than information must have came to customer in between period when he can cancel the placed order. Apart When I do queried than complaint process time was more than 2 months.
Really embarrassing event at Snap Deal. Expecting my cash back, else company should take back their product & pay my money back to me.
