I have booked a Mahindra scorpio on 20th april 6.00 AM to 22 nd april 6.00PM for the amount 18470 INR. vehicle breakdown at Oty Ghat on 21st april after 260 km then I spoke with Zoom car customer service executives and told me that they will take care of the vehicle repair and asked me to have the original documents of the vehicle with me and promised me to reimburse the post travelling expenses. Now I have submitted all the soft copies over mail as assisted by the ZOOM car customer executives, now they are planning to take legal action for not submitting the originals to them, (here my problem is how do they compensate my amount which I had been spent on my journey). I said from the day one to till that I wont submit the docs. until I get reimburse and they said ok for that.
