I bought Moto g 4 plus phone in Oct 2016. but there was some problem in 2nd sim slot. I submitted it to service center on 28th Oct 2016. It took 26 days to repair. After that i faced multiple problem in handset and submitted many time. I have Job Sheet nos.

Even after getting replacement same issue was new handset. I was commited that new handset will come with extended warranty. Below are the Job Sheet nos. SRPTS0011711110027 11th Nov 17 to 16th Nov 17 SRPTS3511712180011 18th Dec 17 SRPTS0011801130011 13th Jan 18 till now
Now i do not want this faulty handset after repair. I can not visit service center any more. I want satisfactory resolution or i want refund. Attaching previous mail sent to you and service center.

    I thought my issue would soon be resolved, but you guys disappointed me. I did not get any satisfactory resolution. How many time i have visit to service center for same issue.
