Complaint regarding 10% cashback offer from Amazon on HDFC Card

I purchased four items from Amazon on 16/04/2016. At that time using by HDFC credit card cash back provided 10%, it is credited in credit card on or before 18th July. Based on terms & conditions i have raised a query on 17/04/2016 for cash back, i am writing to mail Amazon on my items got cash back or not? If my items not under cash back pls cancel my order. Then they responded through mail my items got cash back, but it will credited on 18/07/2016 in credit card.

I checked in My HDFC credited card on 18/07/2016 but cash back amount not credited. Then i contacted amazon customer care, they replied me it is in process. it will credited with in 1 or 2days. After 2days i checked in my card amount not credited. Again i call back to Amazon. after heavy discussion and holdings they said your items not eligible for cash back. I asked to customer care why that day u send me mails my items got cash back? They said our executive given wrong information to u…. but now we are not able to give cash back.
