Complaint regarding 10.or phone service

Hello sir, I purchased a 10or Phone from Amazon and after three months, its notification display stopped working. I submitted my phone to service center but they are delaying so much. It’s been 18 days already. And today, I got one mail from them saying they are going to take 15 more days, Please help me on this. I hope you realize how much my personal and professional life is being affected. I am expecting an immediate help and strict action from you.

Complaint against MakeMyTrip.com for non-receipt of ticket/refund – Rs.8,871/-: Mr. Jaikesh Sudheer of Bangalore (princejake(at)gmail.com) had tried to book a ticket from Dubai to Bangalore on 11-03-2010.
