I had raised request for servicing window AC on 22nd April 2017. Appointment was scheduled on 23rd April 2017. Technician did not come to process the request on 23rd and not even on 24th April. On 24th April, I had received SMS from Voltas stating that your request has been resolved.
Could you please let me know how request got resolved without doing any service ? Your customer care executive does not have answer for my question. Is this the service you are providing to your customer ?
