I bought Acer Iconica windows tablet W4-820 on 24.12.2014. I got a worst experience from the ACER because of the tablet performance. In the month of march end it stopped working and no display.

Finally I bring the tablet to the service center on 03.04.15, then they have registered complaint regarding the tablet not working because of mother board failure. They promised me that they will replace the board within 3days time.

But till date, they repeatedly saying that, they didn’t get the mother board spare. After my continuous followup for 10days, they given a phone number of Ms.Nxxxi, Manager of nungambakkam branch, chennai.

I am continuously following her for the past 10days by phone still she replied that, they unable to get the spare of the defected mother board and now a days she is not responding also.

I have raised my concern to ail.dteasycare@acer.com and acerprioritysupport@sutherlandglobal.com emails also.

I have attached registered compliant proof.

I want the resolution on my issue immediately. If not replace the tablet immediately.
