I am facing miserable experience and mentally upset with the services of You Broadband. Its not working since last 10 days. I made more than 20 calls to customer care centres telling us recorded voices stating the issue will be solved within 8 to 10 working hrs. But Nothing happened till date .

I have renewed the internet connectivity with Your Broadband for 4 months and I am suffering because of their this type of cooperative, support less treatment. I have already loosed more than 15 days without internet connection.
