Complaint regarding Act Broadband service

I am a subscriber to act for 2 years now and have had no issue with them . I have subscribed to the ACT incredible plan (fup:125GB). Now from the past 3 months there has been a persistent problem of anomalous high data usage in a matter of a 10 days i would have exceeded may FUP which i have monitored carefully and it is impossbile as i have not had any heavy downloads.

I have raised multiple complaints to the customer support but all in vain the problem still persists even in this month(april). Date : 7-4-16 it shows 101.31gb used which is absolutely impossible as i have regulated my usage and know for a fact that i have not used more than 10 gb.

Please i am not the only one to raise this compliant you can check on multiple broadband review websites where people are facing the same issue. I know for a fact that i am getting majorly scammed please help us honest citizens
