Complaint regarding ACT Fibernet broadband service

I applied for A-Max 650 plan with ACT FIBERNET for 09 months by paying Rs.6785/- along with a static IP for which I paid Rs 3000/- as extra charge for it also for 09 months duration. I was given a Router configured at the time of installation which hard hardware issues from the start without any damage from my end. When asked to resolve, the Technical expert told me that ACT FIBERNET has nothing to do now and if I wanted to continue have to go for a new router. When I kept a new router in place the Technical expert configured however with very limited or no internet access. When raised a complaint to resolve they disconnected my service with a apology. I want ACTFIBRNET to compensate for this loss for all the money and time they looted from me.
