I am having broadband account with ACT Fibernet, i have been facing issues with connectivity for last 6 months, whenever i log complaint with support or nodal team the response is not good. Especially in the last month i dont have continuous connectivity but they are not willing to provide the waiver for the same.
I have raised several tickets and followed up several times with nodal team even then the response is terrible. It is very clear that they dont want to resolve issues and asking customers to pay the money even when services not offered.
