I booked my luggage, to be delivered at Guwahati, through AERO PACKERS & MOVERS from 16-A, Malvya Nagar, New Delhi-100017 on 31.5.15. The consignee was Swagata Borah, House No:-8, Happyvilla, Uzan Bazar, Guwahati-781003. The c/n No:- 078 and the bill no:-073. Till date I have not received the consignment. I paid Rs. 4810.00 for the delivery. The address of the courier agency is House No:-46, Nihal Colony, New Palam Vihar, Phase-I, Gurgaon-122017. Their another address is Plot no:-777, Sector-26, Phase-2, Dwarka, NEW DELHI-100075. Their Customer care no:- 01243190004(as printed on consignment note) is inoperative. Their website “myarrowgroup.com”(as printed on the Consignment note) does not exist. I booked the consignment through their agent
MxxxxxR, whose mobile no is 09xxxxxxxxx2.

On 2nd July 2015, when I rang him to know about my consignment, he demanded me Rs 5000.00, which was to be deposited in his Axis Bank account no:- 91xxxxxxxxxxxxx5. I compelled to do so and deposited the amount on that day in the Axis Bank, Paltan Bazar Branch, Guwahati, vide transaction no:- 9095. MxxxxxxR, after receiving the money, gave me a mobile no:- 09xxxxxxxxx8 and asked me to contact in that number for the consignment. The person having the mobile number as mentioned in 11 demanded me another Rs. 5000.00 for safe delivery of the consignment. I am confused, what to do. The consignment consists books, some Research papers and some winter wares. Please do the needful, so that I receive the consignment soon.
