He submitted the device with the service centre on 17-04-2017 for various issues but did not get delivery of the phone even after 15 days. Mr. Dasgupta posted his complaint with ICF on 03-05-2017 and the matter was taken up with Micromax. Finally, Mr. Dasgupta got a new replacement pone on 12-05-2017.
Refund coupon from Ebay – Rs.480/- : Mr. Debapriyo Jana, Ichapur, Kolkata 743144, West Bengal returned a product to the Ebay Seller against which the Seller had assured refund coupon. Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
