Complaint regarding Aircel online recharge

Sir I did Aircel Online recharge by thru my SBI Net banking amount of rupees 61/- Sixty one. dated: 28/07/2015 time: 06:03:34 pm and second recharge next day dated: 29/07/2015 time: 11:52:54 am same amount rupees 61/- sixty one both of time amount is deduct from my SBI bank account but the recharge was not done then i call to aircel customer care and speck to Mr Sxxxxo on dated 29/07/2015 time 12:09 pm (noon) he talk to me very rudely didn’t give me any proper answer he just said go to bank and ask to bank manager. 1st recharge transaction reference number: IG0AKYVFV1. and second number : IG0ALBIHS4. Please lodge my complaint and take a legal action. Thanking you.
