I use airtel 3g internet which costs me 346? per month. Since march the internet speed of airtel gone drastically down, i am at 32kbps (bits not byte). usually i should get 2 MBps(byte). i started making complaint to customer care on 198. but was given a cold reply saying there is problem in your area we will work on it but we cant make a promise when it will be done. then i started sending mails to nodal office and appellate but they also said the same. if their higher authority does not know what time it will take to resolve the problem then whom i shud contact.
sir i am feeling very irritated. i am a student and do online studies. since march i am not able to study. every now and then i write a mail to nodal and appellate but they are not bother to attained my complaint. if this continue i will become mad. please take action as soon as possible.
