I have gone for data pack of 999/- rs on 30 July four days it was working on 4 Aug they deducted voice call balance amount for using internet. When I contacted Airtel costumer care 198 they say that mine is 3g sim card actually I am having 4g sim card. I went to Airtel stores in anand Gujarat near new bus stand. They gave me new 4g sim card . I also mail to 121[@]in.Airtel.com and received message saying the amount deducted are credit back to my account. Which I got it credited. And told me to SMS new sim card no to 121. Which I did at 4.30pm. And At 6.30pm I received message saying my new card is upgraded. I check it and it not upgraded. Again I contacted 198 costumer care. They say to contact again to Airtel store anand as they have not upgraded it . as being holiday on Sunday and Monday I am unable to contact them. I am unable to use data package of 999/- rs for more than five days.
