I installed Airtel broadband and landline connection. I experienced poor quality speed on day 1. Airtel staff advised me to first buy a powerful modern which I did – it still wasn’t working 2. Then they advised me buy cat 5 cable from the ground to 14 th floor – which I did. In short, I spent Rs. 10,000/- to install a broadband connection. In spite of that I face issues every now and then. I personally believe Airtel services are very poor – they don’t care enough for the customers money. Through this I am asking for a permanent solution.
