Complaint regarding Airtel broadband new connection

Got broadband connection from Airtel on 7/20/2015. Received a welcome letter with details of the plan
Tried calling customer service on 3 different days about 50 times. Unable to reach customer 198 or 121 from the Airtel fixed line connection. Unable to create an online account to track usage. Called the sales person several times but no progress. She says she will check into it and call back.
