Complaint regarding Airtel broadband service issue

I am terribly disappointed by the agencies activity and approach after being such a regular customer. I requested for the cancellation of my broadband connection – 020 41216359 around 25th July before the generation of the bill. They confirmed that I will not be charged for the August as it has also not being used, myself being out of town. I paid the July bill inspite of using it only for hardly a week. with the confirmation that no bills are pending and too long process of cancellation I mailed for the cancellation.
After a month, these people start calling me that there is a complaint against non-payment and worst treatment of their executives claiming all is my fault and I spoke to the wrong person. Also they said they could not get connected to me for the last 10 days which on telling that complaint was made for the poor connectivity of their mobile network nothing was done on that side as well, still i kept on paying all their bills.

When told that the complaint will be made in the consumer forum now, she remained fearless. Kindly let me know is this the attitude of the service companies and there being fearless of not any action being taken against them.
