Complaint regarding Airtel data plan

My concern is that, befor using internet facility I spoke to Costumer care Ex of airtel and wanted activated Add a Plan in my package. She says sir You have already have a free 2 GB data plan and i dont need to go additional one( I have Recorded Call Also) Now Airtel says that no plan acctivated in you bill plan and add high charges in my bill.

    I have reacharged airtel 3G internet service but I unable to use this facility. many times I call Airtel customer care service but my problem exist
