I have requested to upgrade the setup box one week ago and they keep saying they will do it. But still now they have not solved the issue. I keep sending emails and calling consumer care. I am waiting for them to upgrade it, so that I will recharge and continue the service, other wise need to switch. Currently no dish connection, so no TV watching. Even earlier they said they will send engineer to fix the signal issue, which was not done and they shuffled the channels.
