Complaint regarding Airtel DTH plan and recharge

I want to complain for false commitment & fraud case against airtel DTH. i bought airtel didgital connection from authorized dealer, in september wherein i was committed for INR. 262 Rs. per month recharge. 1st month was free and after one month i recived massage on 29th september 2015 from airtel on my registered mobile number stating validity of your airtel 301418304 expires today. your rental is 262 Rs. please recharge for continued services.

I recharged my DTH with 262 by putting my registered mobile number through online where Airtel DTH number is not required. on 16th October 2015 my services has stoped.

I called up on costumer care number (01244448080) and airtel executive replied me that your plan is not 262 rs. its 513 rs. per month which was not informed me at the time of installation. Also he excepted that we have sent your wrong massage by mistake. Because of their mistakes and false commitment my services has stoped and my money money also wasted.
