My airtel no. 9xxxxxxxxxx3 was ported from Mumbai to hyderabad on 21.04.2017. Yesterday old sim got deactivated and since 27.04.2017 morning 5am till 10am I have called 4 customer executives and none of them have a solution and asked me to call 59059 which I have done 50+ times and it’s saying reinsert Sim and call after 30mins and it’s already 5-6 hrs as of now.
Have given all necessary documents etc,tele verification done.
Today Being a Friday.. Can’t take any calls as Sim is not yet activated.
Seems a big mistake to port from airtel to airtel changing circles. Why airtel wants to harass its old customers who wish to stick to airtel.
Kindly sort it out ASAP.
