I have paid Rs.550 to Alliance broadband under on 19th May for which they should provide me net connection till June 19. They charge Rs.550 for 30 days. But from May 29th I can not access their net. I called the local operator,they said they will look after it. Again I call them on 29th May they said their is a problem of cable.Ok fine. Next day I call their customer care to confirm if it is really the field problem and they confirmed that it was really field problem. Again I call the local operator and customer care they said they will look after it and let me know but they never let me know or call back. On 4th June when I asked if they will give me the 7 days which I lost due to problem on their side they did not respond. Thing is that they do not have proper set up to solve the problems in our city but they are providing net. On the other hand the local cable operator also taking the advantage and not responding at all.Some times he do not receive the phone and some times he says that he has solve the problem.In the other hand the customer care executive of Alliance Broadband keep laughing and tells me this is not their problem.When I said I will complain to the consumer forum they laughed and said things like do what ever you like. I also tried their email to support customer but no response.I have been previously complained about them when I was taking their net connection for the first time. The local operator took Rs.3500 from us and then was not receiving phone. I got the connection after 25 days (he said the connection will made within 7 days after full payment)and that even after complaining to the consumer court.Their Customer care no. is 18001200300. Name of the local operator is Kxxxl Sxxxxxxr. And I have all the proof of complaining to the local operator as well as customer care as phone call recordings and email.
