My name is Santosh Desai. I had taken a 3 yr contract for AMC with the Eureka Forbes authorized centre at Aundh(Pune, Maharashtra)(Recipt Number: 18003565). At the time of taking the contract i had specifically told the person that I am very forgetful and i dont want to take a service where i have to call up and call the engineers. The person assured me that it would not be the case. He should me cards and said that we have taken AMC for lots of people and we go there ourselves without people calling us. I paid 2850 Rs at that time for a 3 yr contract starting from 28-Oct-2010 to 27-Aug-2013. After having taken my money from me I never had any person call me from the service centre or visit my residence for the service. In 18-July-2014, I remembered that i had taken a service and nobody came so i called up customer care of Eureka forbes and made a complaint stating the nature of the issue. The customer care peson assured me that the problem would be sorted out. After which one person called up and asked if the service was still valid to which i said no since u guys never came for the service you should now return my money or give me service for next 3 years. After which the person never called me up.
I again called up customer care on 27 Jan and asked them the status of my previous complaint. However they mentioned they had no record of the call. They said they would now register the complaint again. I had a person visit me on the same day , check the validity of my reciept and mention that given the service validity is over nothing can be done about it. So i told him as of now fix the current problem and i will pay the mone as required but for the mone i have lost i will check on what needs to be done. I have had nobody come back to me.
Right now i have 2 issues, the most pressing issue is that i need the Aquaguard service immediately and for the money that I paid and didnt get a service either they return the money or else give me the service for next 3 yrs.

I have no response from the Aundh branch as of now. Now Eureka Forbes has taken my money away and not even given me the service that needs to given. My model number is Aquaguard Total INOVA.
Pls help.
