I have been doing several complaints with Aquagaurd call center as water is not coming speed is very low which takes so much time to fill the pots.
Executives are only taking complaints and sending technicians and this is happens 10 times till now but my issue is not solved. As per the Technician suggestion we have installed the Pre filtered but still issue is not solved out, again we have installed the micro Filter but still getting the same issue. Hence asking Aquagaurd to replace the machine as this is faulty but they are denying to do that and saying that we have to give complaints so technician will visit and check but how many time we create the complaint after every 20 days or within 30 days we need to contact the call center and need to make the complaint.
I am worrying that once that machine warranty will expire then company will charge us for service which is not good as this problem is very old since i taken the machine. I have taken machine on Sep OR Oct 216 since that time I am getting the issue.
Hoping that this consumer forum will help me to replace the machine. Please let me know if you need any details.
