I am a airtel postpaid user from past 2 years. at the time of connection as per their terms and conditions i paid the amount of 500/- which is adjustable in the from 3rd month. I followed it up airtel for not doing this as promised. they said it will only be refunded at the time of disconnection of service permanently.  Apart from this recently they changed my postpaid plan to 349 from 299 with out giving any prior intimation tome. I followed it up.  now i have to pay more bill than what is exactly to be.

I wan to take this up as a right for customer to question the company and to stopping them taking their own decisions with out thinking of customer  concerns.

Now i want my 500/- to be refunded in my monthly bill from this month and my plan should be changed back to 299 with out any lose of service.
