I am complaining about asianet broadband network problems for past 28 days through customer care (no:8086011111). my sub code is CA23663, my registered complains are in date of 10/06/16, 17/06/16, 28/06/16, 29/06/16, 30/06/16 and 07/07/16. no responds from any one till now. they are saying every time the issue will be closed by today evening or with in days for sure and then no responds. when i call again they saying they look after it and same continues. at the date 30/06/16 i requested for a field staff visit they said staff visit me in 3 days and no responds from any one, complaint register no: is CA10137932. I had received a message in my registered mob no:960541133 regarding ASIANET on 01/07/2016 12:29:31am saying ”a field visit has been registered.your ticket no: is 10137911” and received another message just after seconds later 12:29:56am saying ”dear subscriber,your request has been resolved as a duplicate ticket call customer care for further support your ticket no: CA10137911.
I can’t under stand what is going on. and when i call cc to verify about this they are saying there is not such MESSAGE send by them. customer care staffs are clearly cheating me continuously. they are not giving any address ,phone no: or any details of ASIANET broadband services for contact them directly.
And now a days they want to pay monthly bill in advance for every month before that month 15 days or penalty charge will be issued. i don’t think this is legal or good for customers because they are causing us this much troubles and they want our money before us using there service . they never mentioned this conditions before. i want u to look after my complaints and resolve it.
