I Purchased a Phone from Asus. Later it was start giving white lines on its screen. The Phone was under warranty (from 05/09/2016 to 05/09/2017). So I Register an Online complaint on Asus Customer Support on dated 01/09/2017 with Case No:A170906212.

After getting Reply from Their Customer Support When I Visited to Local Service Center They Replied Surprisingly that the free Service of my Phone from company ends. Thereafter I have started communication from Asus Support via mail.

After So Many Communication on dated 03.10.2017 they came with some better reply that we will provide one time free service. After this positive reply from their side I have visited Service Centre on the very next day where I got surprised to hear that they havn’t any mail or Information regarding one time free Service.

After This a flow of mails communication between me and Asus Support happens and at last on dated 26.10.2017 They reverted with the negative reply that my phone warranty ends on 05.09.2017 as per activation date hence my service is on paid basis and this is the final stand from Asus Support.(While i registered my complaint on 01.09.2017)

Now after this vast communication I am totally frustrated also mentally and physically exhausted hence I have no other choice except to come to consumer Forum.

However at first I want the resolution of this issue of my Phone which is my actual right as per warranty period and my complaint date.

Please look into the matter and do the needful.
