Complaint regarding auto deduction by Reliance Comm

I used reliance sim in my mobile, from 2-3 month they deduct my money from my main account Rs 50-90 every month name of video 54546 sub 60 and i never used this services and not subscribed then also they deduct my money every month and bothering me and their customer services not resolve my complain and they want time of 24 hr to resolve but never they did. Am face many problem due to that when i need to make a call there is no balance in my account and am trap in difficult situation. This time my complain no-251865647. so please take strict action as soon as possible on reliance communication and reimburse my money from reliance communication with fine so they not do any wrong thing in future and not also bother me.
