Complaint regarding auto deduction by Telenor

I am a student and my problem is this that i called on 198 complaint helpline to know about my other number. instructions are given by IVR nd i heared that to go to main menu press # then i pressed # . suddenly 67 rs was deducted from my mobile account and got a messege of deduction and the line was disconnected.
I called on 198 again and talk with costomer executive they were moving arround of me in words and told that this balance will not be refundable.
I ask everything and talk with 2 other senior executive but can not get setisfaction. other thing is this that junior and 2 senior executive saying different words. no one are ready to listen and accept the mistake of the company system. i have a audio clip which proves that whatever the company was done with me was not good.
