I had purchased Auxus Prime P 8000 mobile from ebay in the month of December 2015. It developed a problem i.e. hand set is not charging due to battery problem in the month of April 2016.

I hand over the hand set at my nearest authorized service center i.e NAZ Mobiles, Nellore and they send it to iberry auxus for repair. After 45 days, i received my hand set stating the mobile is working and qc passed. After 1 day of its usage, the same problem started. Once again it is not charging.

Hence, i request your good selves to ask iberry auxus to rectify my problem immediately or replace falty handset with new one or return my money.

I already wasted nearly 45 days and i dont want to waste my time further. I already spend lot of money and time to followup with authorized dealer and iberry auxus and i dont want to waste my valuable time and money.

I look forward for your favorable action in this regard.

  1. I have a similar pathetic experience with Auxus Prime. Now this second time I have issue with the phone and its 45 days completed and phone is still with service center.
    my phone from the day one I bought is with service center most of them time.( almost 3 months)

    I don’t recommend these poor quality phone which claim high end performance.
