Complaint regarding Axis Bank Meal card

I registered for axis bank meal card from axis bank website and the executive called Laxman came to my office and took my scanned copy documents such as address proof, company id proof, pan card and Photo and he told me that the card will get activated in four working days and its been more than 1 month and still my meal card is not active. From my company 3000 rupees are already credited to axis bank meal card and the card is still not active. I have called up customer care more then 30 times and every time I have to wait for more than 20 mins and some times more than 40 mins in order to get connected to the customer care. Whenever I call them they say there is some technical glitch and they will call back and I never received call back from axis bank end. Few customer care disconnects the call in the middle of the call. I called up laxman asking the status and he also disconnects the call. I have wasted lot of time close to 3 4 hours calling customer care and have lost lot of money as my calling bill. I have sent an email to axis bank (emailed: and sent two reminder mails but still there is no reply from axis bank end and it is more than 5 days. I would like to get all my documents back and the 3000 which is credited to axis bank meal card should be reversed to my company and I would like to file a case against axis bank in wasting my time and money and fooling me all the time over the call. I have all the call log proofs and the email proofs that I have sent to axis bank.
