Complaint regarding bad service and behavior by Aircel

I am using one Aircel mobile postpaid connection which is the connection has been taken by my husband’s name. In the month of October, 2015, they disconnected the outgoing facility informing us that as we have not paid the bill amount, it got disconnected. Therefore, we informed the customer care executive that we are not happy with their service, we are going to discontinue the service and they should give us final settlement amount. In spite of this, the Aircel customer care never gave us the settlement amount, they continuously harassed us for past 3 months that we should pay the due and every month they charged the billing amount although they barred the outgoing calls and we did not make any calls from the month of October.

Yesterday, again we got call from customer care executive that if we do not pay the three months due amount we have see the dire consequences. We informed that until and unless they do not give us the final settlement amount to discontinue the connection we will not pay the due amount. Since then the lady on opposite side continuously harassing and threatening us.
