Complaint regarding bad service from Blue Dart

I had booked a consignment (document) through Blue dart courier services at Bhubaneswar for delivery to an address in Karrunya university, Coimbatore on 29 August 2018 at a cost of RS 300, which is twice the amount charged by other courier eeservices as the expected date of delivery stated by the service then was 1 September 2018.

On 1 September 2018, the Blue dart courier tracker first showed the consignment as out for delivery, and later the same day as undelivered for want of a landmark. On their website, I clarified that Karunya University is an important landmark in the area, and requested them to effect the delivery early.

The status remained the same till 6 September 2018. I had made another request for the delivery on their website in the meanwhile. On 7 September 2018, the tracking site showed the shipment being ‘returned to the sender on shipper’s request’
I had made no such request.
Till date the document has neither been delivered to the addressee, nor to me.
There has been no communication to me from the courier company regarding the same.
This kind of defficiency of service from a high cost company is highly deplorable and appropriate action needs to be taken.
