I travelled by JetAirways on 7th Jan, 2017 from Mumbai to Bangalore. Jet airways misplaced my checked in baggage and couldn’t find it for 11 days. I was shifting houses and had all my clothes in that suitcase. I incurred close to 3-4k of loss every passing day, buying new set of clothes for my office along with the mental trauma caused by them for following up multiple times with them. The customer service hardly responded and never gave a proper timeline or update on the proceedings. I have maintained bills close to 13,500 although my expenses in those 11 days was more than 25000. On checking for compensation they got back to me saying that they don’t compensate on domestic sectors.
Requesting you to look into this case and take necessary action against the absolutely horrendous service of Jet Airways.
