Screen of my HTC Desire 828 which is under Bajaj Allianz insurance got damaged on 1st august 2016, and on the very next day; i.e Aug 2nd I contacted Bajaj Allianz regarding the repair. In response, I received a call from their customer care who asked me to send the required documents(bill, insurance paper) and an image of the phone in its damaged state, I immediately sent them all. After that for the next one month I didn’t hear any word from Bajaj’s side, then in around late September I got a call from them saying that my documents are not visibly clear and I need to resend them, which I did..again. Today is Oct 24th and till date nothing has been done, they’re not even replying to my emails.

At the time of purchase they charged me a premium for this?? Utter, unprofessionalism, the whole phone insurance thing seems to be a complete sham. Looting customers in the name security and safety. I’d be obliged if consumer forum could help me in this situation.
