I requested for loan 1 month back and they confirmed that I’ll get the loan in 3 days and took all the papers immediately. Then I tried to connect with them for next 10 days but no response received. Then after 15 days they called and confirmed the loan is approved and you will get the amount by today evening its disbursed from bank. They created the loan ID and account also. But today is 9th day I haven’t received the loan amount. I dropped mail to Bajaj Finserv CEO as well. Received response after 2 days from the customer care that it will be done. But nothing was addressed. Everyday they use to tell today you will get the amount. But now 9 days over. I want to lodge case against this fraud company.
They are making fool out of customers. Now i feel Like I am begging them for the loan.
It was my emergency requirement thats why I agreed to their mentioned information. But 9 days over I havent received the amount and now I am feeling like I am a begger and they are donating me.
Enclosing complete mail which I dropped to the Bajaj Finserv team. But no written mail received.
