Hi, I bought a bajaj platini cooler from a local shop retailer which stopped working the second day itself. When I called the shopkeeper and asked him to replace the item , he said better not to call him and call the service provider because he will not replace the item. I called the bajaj service provider and registered a complaint. The technician came and examined the cooler and found that the motor stopped working which needs to be replaced but they don’t have motor available in their stock so they can’t replace it. Now it’s been a week and every time I call them I get the same reply. How come these companies are launching their products in the market not tested properly and further they don’t have service parts available in stock. Buying this product just caused the inconvenience to me and even the purpose of buying product is not served. Also the shopkeeper misbehaved with me and doesn’t care once the item is sold and money is taken off. Please assist me.
