Complaint regarding Bajaj Pulsar service advice from dealer

I have purchased Bajaj pulsar 150 cc from Suman Bajaj in 2005. Afterwards i was running with the same bike…Before 4 years (2012 onwards) I used to have engine work for almost every 6 Months from any non authorize dealer. After so much frustration I went to suman Bajaj Noida Sector-2 for genuine advice to sale or overhauling of my bike engine. At that time running kilometer was 80000.One of suman bajaj worker Mr. Dxxxxk committed me after spending 8000 to 9000 rupee you would get free from all this and bike will start running for at least 40000 km with no more problems and if all services would be on time than it could be kore than that anything.I went with this false commitment else i made a plan to sale this bike.

After from engine work i used to have service every 1500 km from suman bajaj and my last service was completed in 28th April 2016 and at that time kilometer was 92920. Still on 28th June Bike have same engine problem at 93330 Kilometer.

After visting to Suman Bajaj they again ask to spend 10000 more money and noone is taking responsibility for false commitment provided. I am totally unsatisfied with this kind of attitude and irresponsible behaviour of employee Mr Deepak and Manager Mr Pachori and that too when all services are only with suman bajaj and there is no answer why problem again comes.

And Bike’s last service was last month 28th April then what is the quality of service they are providing as after service with in 15000 Kilometer bike has major engine problems.
