I booked Uber for the pick up at 2.50am. When to 2.56 there was no sign of him I called him. To check the status. Then he said he is at Gorva and can’t not come on time as he is already on other trip. Then I asked him to cancel the trip. He was not ready when I insisted he started abusing me and used unprofessional way of talking. When I told him that’s will complain about it to uber he was least bother as it doesnt make any difference to him. I an extremely unhappy with the service of Uber.
